Its actually pretty simple.  You go online to thefair.com and register.   You’ll identify yourself, your entry or entries, and pay the fee.  Last year it was $3.50 per entry.  Next you deliver your entry(s) to the Fair on August 12 (or earlier to the Fair office), pick up your FREE Fair tickets, and wait for the results. Drop off of entries on the 12th is in the Restaurant building; enter through the Red Gate. Complete instructions and information are listed in the premium book on The Fair website.

On August 20 all entries will be judged.  It’s a one-day marathon, we recruit and the Fair hires judges from all over Washington, and all morning is spent judging the entries.  Then the entries are stored until the Fair opens, at which time the winners are delivered to the PSAWBC booth and placed on display for the duration of the Fair.

During the Fair, winners can pick up their ribbons at judging sheets at the Ag-Hort office located in the J Barn.  October 6th, the PSAWBC hosts a reception for the award winners, where ribbons are handed out in person.
